Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experience, with the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the myTime app, subject to store needs and shift availability.

As an On-Demand TM, you will be evaluated on reliability, timely attendance, and commitment to the team. Training is provided to help you perform guest services, operate in a fast-paced setting, and contribute to an organized store environment.

Qualifications

• This role is On-Demand with flexible scheduling and shifts posted by leaders or other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests in-store, answer questions, and provide helpful, friendly service.
• Help guests with checkout and product location to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Participate in store cleanliness, restocking, and general upkeep to maintain a welcoming environment.
