Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member role, offering flexible shifts you can choose via the myTime app. As an On-Demand TM, you control your schedule to fit your life while ensuring reliable attendance and commitment to working shifts as needed.

This position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adaptability to changing store needs. Training sessions and orientation are provided to prepare you for the role.

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
