Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced store. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, and resolve issues while promoting loyalty programs and store services.

This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork, with shifts posted by leaders and other team members. Training will be provided through Target Welcome orientation and ongoing scheduling via the myTime app.
