Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to assist guests in our stores. You will welcome guests, help them find what they need, and deliver fast, friendly service in a busy retail environment.

As an On-Demand TM, you can pick up shifts via the myTime app, create your own schedule, and engage with guest services, loyalty programs, and checkout processes. Must be reliable, able to travel to store locations, and respond promptly to shift opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 44 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience while delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with product finding and purchases.
• Handle checkouts accurately and thank guests.
• Support peers and adapt to guest needs throughout the shift.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and assist with enrollment.
