Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to engage with guests, help them find products, and provide quick, friendly service in our store. You’ll create a welcoming experience, adapt to shifting store needs, and participate in the benefits and loyalty programs.

As an On-Demand TM, you choose shifts via the myTime app, attend orientation, and commit to a flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring, and friendly guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Scan and bag items accurately and safely.
• Support team members and maintain a positive attitude.
