Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to welcome guests, assist with their shopping, and provide quick, friendly service across in-store and digital channels. You can create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime mobile app, with training to prepare you for success.

As an On‑Demand TM, you will not be on the posted weekly schedule but will select shifts that fit your availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and help them find what they need to ensure a smooth, friendly shopping experience.
• Provide accurate checkout, scanning, bagging, and assistance at lanes and Drive Up/Order Pick Up.
• Explain and enroll guests in Target Loyalty programs and digital wallet features as needed.
• Assist guests with returns, exchanges, and other guest service needs following Target policies.
