Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will create a welcoming environment, assist guests, and process transactions with accuracy. The role offers a flexible schedule and requires reliability in attendance and adherence to store policies.

Training will be provided to equip you for daily customer interactions. As an On‑Demand TM, you control shifts via the myTime app, but you must respond to leadership requests and fulfill shifts
