Target is hiring for an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will create an easy, inspiring guest experience and help customers with product finding, issues resolution, and checkout duties. This role emphasizes flexibility, strong communication, and teamwork as you adapt to varying shifts and store needs.

As an On-Demand TM, you will schedule shifts via the myTime app, attend Welcome orientation, and participate in brief training. Attendance and responsiveness to communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, physical retail environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at various distances and engage warmly.
• Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers when needed.
• Deliver service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies.
