Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to serve guests, assist with checkout and store services, and help maintain a welcoming store environment. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app and adapt to varying hours based on store needs.

The role emphasizes strong guest interaction, reliability, and the ability to work flexible hours. Training is provided to ensure readiness for customer-facing duties and store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up.
• Help guests locate products and resolve questions or concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about Total Store offerings, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with restocking as needed.
• Deliver accurate service while upholding safety and store policies.
