Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations. You will create a welcoming guest experience, assist with product questions, and help manage guest needs with a flexible, self-scheduled approach through the myTime app.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts. Training is provided, with a focus on safety, store policies, and delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with products and services, and direct them to enrollment or sign-ups as needed.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and improve the experience.
• Handle cash register operations accurately and support cash office as needed.
