Job summary

Target is seeking an On‑Demand Team Member to support guest services and store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will create a welcoming experience, assist guests with questions, and help manage orders, returns, and service offerings.

This role offers a flexible schedule and requires reliable attendance, with shifts arranged through the myTime app. Ideal candidates are customer-focused, adaptable to varying hours (nights, weekends, holidays) and capable of working independently

Qualifications

• Experience helping guests or customers in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely with customers and teammates.
• Willingness to adapt to varying shifts and schedules.
• Reliable attendance and promptness to support store needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions and store needs.
• Help guests use the Target app, Wallet, and available services.
• Scan, bag, and prepare orders while maintaining accuracy and food safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Participate in shifts as needed and respond to contact attempts to confirm availability.
