Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services across the store. As a Guest Advocate you will welcome guests, answer questions, and help resolve concerns, while maintaining a friendly, efficient checkout and assistance experience.

You’ll create your own schedule by picking shifts via the myTime app, with a commitment to attend shifts regularly and comply with store policies and safety standards. Training is provided to build product knowledge and service skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly guest service and handle inquiries.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a busy store environment.

Responsibilities
