Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member dedicated to delivering reliable guest service in a fast-paced store environment. You will create welcoming experiences at checkout and during drive-up and order pickup, while promoting loyalty programs and helping guests navigate store services.

Expect a flexible schedule accessed via the myTime app, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates. After a brief orientation, you’ll continue with structured training and ongoing opportunities to grow within

Responsibilities

• Deliver easy and accurate service to all Order Pick Up and Drive Up guests.
• Greet guests, assist with needs, and solve guest concerns.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools and services to help guests efficiently.
• Promote Target Loyalty benefits and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Support cash office processes and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Respond to contact attempts from Leaders and help de-escalate situations.
