This role emphasizes reliability, timely attendance, and the ability to adapt to varying shifts through the myTime scheduling app, ensuring a positive guest experience across all frontline tasks.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and guest-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with questions and purchases.
• Provide quick, accurate checkout with focus on guest experience.
• Promote Target loyalty programs and store services.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and stock shelves as needed.
• Assist with Drive-Up, Order Pick Up, and Registry tasks.
