Job summary

Target is looking for an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests have a quick, friendly shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with finding items, explain benefits, and help them enroll in loyalty programs or use Wallet and the Target App.

You can work as much or as little as you like by picking up shifts posted by leaders or peers in the myTime app. You must respond to contact attempts, work at least one shift every 5 months or employment may be terminated, and attend

• You enjoy interacting and helping others - including guests that shop our store and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, highly active and physically demanding role, where teamwork, flexibility, and creative problem solving are key to success.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).
