Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member in our store. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders and the myTime app. You are expected to respond to contact attempts and maintain reliable attendance.

As a Guest Advocate you will greet guests, help them find products, explain benefits, and process returns and purchases. You’ll work with store teams to deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience while adhering to Target policies.

Qualifications

• Enjoy interacting with guests and helping others.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced, active role.
• Comfortable with flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
