Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to join our team. You can create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app, with shifts that fit your availability. In this role you will greet guests, help them find what they need, process transactions, and promote Target services and loyalty programs.
