Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to deliver a friendly, fast, and helpful guest experience in our store. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, process returns and orders, and use handheld scanners and the Target App.

This flexible, part-time role lets you create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app, with required reliable attendance and timely responses to contact.

Qualifications

• Greet guests and assist with product locating and issue resolution.
• Handle returns, exchanges and service requests with courtesy.
• Use handheld scanners and mobile apps to support checkout and services.
• Demonstrate reliability by attending shifts and responding to scheduling requests.
