Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to help guests and support store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, choosing shifts posted by leaders via the myTime app.

This role requires reliable attendance and responsiveness to contact attempts to confirm interest in working shifts. As a Guest Advocate, you will greet guests, help them find what they need, and deliver a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

Qualifications

• You enjoy interacting and helping others, including guests and fellow team members you work with.
• You thrive in a fast-moving, active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to working a flexible work schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends and holidays).

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft levels.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Assist peers and maintain a positive attitude.
• Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience.
