Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) to help guests find products, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience. You will select shifts via the MyTime app, maintain friendly guest interactions, and support checkout and services with accuracy.

Roles are flexible with varying hours, including nights and weekends. Training will prepare you to enroll guests in loyalty programs and use Target’s app features. Prior experience in fast-paced retail is a plus.

• Willingness to learn Target apps and checkout processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with product needs and questions.
• Support checkout and store services with accuracy and courtesy.
• Assist with order pickup, Drive Up, and registry tasks as needed.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise during shifts.
