Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service at our store. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app. Attendance and quick response to contact attempts are critical to keep your eligibility for shifts.

You will engage guests, help with checkout and store services, and learn about loyalty programs and digital features to enhance guest experiences. Training is provided to help you succeed in this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and guest interaction.
• Ability to adapt to varying shift schedules and store needs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
