Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest services in-store. You can work as much or as little as you like, selecting shifts posted by leaders or other team members through the myTime scheduling app.

You must attend a Welcome orientation and commit to a short training schedule to prepare for the role. As a Guest Advocate, you will interact with guests, assist with needs, stock and present products, and help guests enroll in loyalty benefits while maintaining store standards and

• Support order pickup and drive-up services as needed
