Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to support guest service with a flexible shift model. You will select shifts through the myTime app and will not be on the posted weekly schedule. Reliable attendance and quick guest assistance are essential to success in this role.

You will attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training period before actively picking shifts. This position offers exposure to customer service fundamentals while helping guests and store operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing schedules and guest needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable availability to pick up shifts via scheduling app.

Responsibilities

• As an On-Demand TM, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via the scheduling app.
• Attend a Target Welcome orientation and short-term training before starting.
• Provide prompt guest service and assist with store operations as needed.
• Maintain a positive guest experience and adhere to Target policies.
