Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member (Guest Advocate) in our stores. You can work as little or as much as you like and pick shifts through the myTime app. Shifts vary by store needs and you’ll create your own schedule, with attendance and active engagement required.

As a Guest Advocate you’ll help guests, resolve questions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a quick, friendly checkout experience. Training is provided, with orientation and a short-term training schedule before you start.

• You are open to working a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Deliver service that prioritizes the guest experience.

• Promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up.
