Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to help guests have a positive shopping experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and promote store services while delivering fast, friendly service. This role offers flexible shifts with shifts posted and picked via the myTime app.

The starting hourly rate is $20.00 USD, and attendance expectations apply. You will support guest services including order pickup, drive-up, and returns while upholding safety policies and a helpful guest-first

Qualifications

• Strong guest interaction skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and teammates.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standards.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and completing tasks efficiently.
• Engage with guests to resolve needs and explain store services and benefits.
• Know store tools, products, and services to assist guests and direct them to enroll in loyalty programs.
