Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate to assist guests, answer questions, and provide a welcoming shopping experience. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app and help guests with purchases, loyalty enrollment, and store services while maintaining high standards of service.

Flexibility is required with varying hours, including nights, weekends and peak times. Training is provided to ensure you can confidently support guests and contribute to a positive store environment.
