Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing guest service standard.
• Greet guests and assist with daily tasks to create a welcoming experience.
• Assist guests, understand their needs, and resolve issues.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services.
• Explain Target Loyalty benefits and help with sign-up as needed.
• Explain and assist with Wallet and Target App features.
• Process returns following company policies and guidelines.
• De-escalate situations with leadership support when needed.
• Support Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry guests efficiently.
• Keep a clean, safe work area and stock supplies during open hours.
• Follow safety policies and report hazards when observed.
• Handle cash office tasks as required and perform other duties.
