About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. Shifts are picked up via our myTime mobile scheduling app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Maintain knowledge of store products, services, and digital features to enhance guest experience.
• Handle transactions accurately, including scanning, bagging, and processing returns.
• Support store operations, including maintaining a clean work area and stocking supplies.
• Adhere to safety, safety policies, and ethical conduct standards.
