Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1118).

Position overview: Work as much or as little as you like, with shifts scheduled via our myTime app. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 months (5 months from December 2024) to maintain employment.

Starting hourly rate: $19.75 USD; Pay range: $19.75 - $29.65 USD per hour.

About On Demand

This flexible role allows you to create your schedule by picking shifts. Regular communication and active participation are essential. Attendance and shift work are crucial, with a minimum of one shift every 4 months (5 months after December 2024). Training and orientation are provided.

Service & Engagement

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on guest interaction, problem-solving, and promoting store services and benefits, including loyalty programs and digital features like Wallet and the Target App.

Typical Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service and create a welcoming environment.
• Assist guests with products, services, and checkout processes efficiently and accurately.
• Support order pickup, Drive Up, and registry services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support cash handling operations.
