Role Overview

The starting hourly rate is $18.50 USD, with a pay range of $18.50 - $27.75 USD per hour.

About On-Demand

Work as much or as little as you like. Shifts are scheduled via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. You must work at least one shift every 4 months (or 5 months from December 2024) to avoid termination.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greet guests, and understand their needs.
• Assist guests with products, services, and store navigation.
• Scan, bag, and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Support store operations, including maintaining a clean work area and supporting guest services like order pickup and drive-up.
• Follow safety and compliance policies diligently.
