About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like, with flexible scheduling via our myTime app. Your active engagement in picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required to maintain employment. You must work at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months after December 2024) to avoid termination.

As an On-Demand TM, you will attend a Target orientation and structured training. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that suit your schedule.

Role Description and Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests authentically.
• Understand and promote store tools, products, and services, including loyalty and fulfillment options.
• Handle transactions efficiently and accurately, support order pickup, drive-up, and registry services.
• Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety policies.
• Support cash handling and other store operations as needed.
