About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support store operations, including order pickup, drive-up, and cash handling.
