ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule depending on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular attendance and active engagement are required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months to avoid termination. You will need to attend a Target orientation and complete training before starting your shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, your role involves welcoming guests, exceeding service expectations, assisting with store capabilities, and making shopping easy and enjoyable. You will develop skills in communication, problem-solving, and guest engagement, with responsibilities including greeting guests, understanding their needs, assisting with products and services, processing returns, and maintaining a clean work area.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking energetic team players who enjoy interacting with guests, solving concerns, and working efficiently. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided. Key skills include effective communication, focus, attention to detail, and the ability to operate technology and work both independently and as part of a team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Handle cash register operations accurately and support cash office processes
• Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
• Work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Maintain active engagement by picking up shifts regularly via the myTime app
• Ability to work in various environments and remain mobile during shifts
