Join Target as an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier), General Merchandise, Fulfillment, Food and Beverage, Style (T1050). This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work as much or as little as you like, depending on store needs and your availability.

Position Details

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.00 USD per hour

About On-Demand Roles

As an On-Demand team member, you create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement—picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts—is required. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically
• Understand and communicate the store's products, services, and benefits
• Efficiently scan, bag, and handle guest transactions
• Assist with returns, de-escalate guest concerns, and support store operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Effective communicator with a helpful attitude
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Minimum Skills and Requirements
