About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement, including picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts, is required. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months are necessary to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store services, products, and loyalty programs.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and support for cash office operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support store operations, including order pick-up, Drive-Up, and other guest services.
