About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and must actively respond to contact attempts to maintain employment. Attendance and active engagement are required to continue working with Target, including working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction and recovery, providing exceptional service at various touchpoints including checkouts, guest services, gift registry, and digital solutions. Responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, promoting store services and programs, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Qualifications & Skills

Ideal candidates enjoy working in a fast-paced, energetic environment, possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a helpful attitude. Ability to operate technology and work both independently and as part of a team is essential.

Additional Requirements

• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and active shift pickup every 4-6 months
