ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with schedules varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement by working shifts and responding to contact attempts is required. Failure to respond or work at least one shift within 5-6 months may lead to employment termination.

Participation involves attending a Target Welcome orientation and completing a short-term training schedule. The myTime app is used for shift selection.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who focus on guest interaction and recovery, knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that promote loyalty, and committed to making shopping quick and easy.

Skills developed include effective communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and promoting store services.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent guest service and creating a welcoming environment
• Assisting guests by understanding their needs through body language and questions
• Knowledge about store products, services, and loyalty programs
• Efficiently scanning, bagging, and minimizing wait times
• Supporting order pickup, drive-up, and returns
• Maintaining a clean work area and supporting safety and compliance

What we are looking for:

• Able to operate technology and work independently or in a team

Basic requirements include handling cash, lifting merchandise up to 44 pounds, flexible scheduling, and reliable attendance. Active engagement and shift pickup via the myTime app are essential.
