About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can pick up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement by picking up shifts and responding to contact attempts is required. Regular attendance and working at least one shift every 4-6 months are necessary to maintain employment.

During training, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in a short-term structured training schedule. Afterward, shifts are picked up through the myTime app.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and engaging with guests authentically.
• Assist guests with product information, store services, and checkout processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Support various store functions including order pickup, drive-up, and register operations.
• Follow safety and compliance policies at all times.
