ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. We require active engagement from you, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours).

Attendance and responsiveness are essential. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training, after which you can pick shifts through the app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Guest Advocates focus on providing exceptional customer service, engaging with guests, and promoting store services and benefits. They handle various responsibilities to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests genuinely and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs and assisting accordingly
• Knowledgeable about store products, services, and digital tools like Wallet and the Target App
• Efficiently scanning, bagging, and handling transactions
• Supporting order pickup, Drive Up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Supporting cash operations and adhering to safety policies
