ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement by working shifts at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours) is required; failure to do so may result in employment termination.

You will attend a Target orientation and structured training, after which you can select shifts through the app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you will focus on guest interaction, exceeding service expectations, and promoting store services and benefits to foster guest loyalty.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Providing knowledgeable assistance about products and services
• Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting guest services like order pickup and drive-up
