About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Regular engagement and active participation are required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months from December 2024). Attendance and responsiveness are essential for continued employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Handle transactions accurately, including returns and cash management support.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support store operations, and assist with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and educate guests about products and services.
• Physical ability to handle merchandise and operate technology equipment.
