ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Active engagement in picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance is necessary, with a minimum of one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024). Failure to meet this requirement may result in employment termination.

Post-offer, you will attend a Target Welcome orientation and undergo a short-term training schedule. Afterward, you can use the myTime app to select shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on providing exceptional guest service, promoting store offerings, and ensuring a welcoming environment. Your role involves engaging with guests, assisting with product and service inquiries, and resolving concerns to enhance their shopping experience.

Key responsibilities include greeting guests, understanding their needs, operating tools and technology, processing returns, de-escalating issues, supporting order pick-up and drive-up services, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting cash and safety procedures.
