ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment. Regular attendance and responsiveness to contact attempts are necessary. You must work at least one shift every 4-6 months to avoid termination, with the specific timeframe adjusting in December 2024 to 5 months.

The role involves providing excellent guest service, engaging with guests, and supporting store operations. You will be trained to handle various responsibilities, including customer interactions, product knowledge, and operating store technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate registers, handle transactions, and support cash office procedures.
• Assist with stocking, maintaining a clean work area, and supporting store functions like order pickup and drive-up services.
• Follow safety policies and promote a safe environment for all.
