About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement and responsiveness to contact are required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Engage with guests to understand and meet their needs, promoting store services and benefits.
• Operate register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support store operations including order pickup, drive-up, and cashier functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent communication and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and remain composed.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods.
