ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but will have the opportunity to create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile scheduling app. Your active engagement by picking up and working shifts, and responding to our contact attempts, is required.

Regular attendance and active participation are necessary. You must work at least one shift within 6 months (or 5 months starting December 2024) to avoid administrative termination. You will attend a Target orientation and complete a short-term training before starting shift scheduling via the app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

As a guest advocate, you will focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests, and promoting store offerings and services. Your role involves assisting guests with their needs, operating checkout and fulfillment tools, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and providing a welcoming experience
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Explaining and promoting Target’s products, services, and loyalty programs
• Processing transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Supporting safety, compliance, and store operations

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
