About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to communication attempts and working at least one shift every 4 to 6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Overview

As a Guest Advocate, you'll focus on delivering exceptional guest service, engaging with guests to understand their needs, and promoting store offerings and services. No two days are the same, but responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product and service questions, processing transactions, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting various store functions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Attention to detail and a helpful attitude
• Ability to operate technology and handheld scanners
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally
