About On Demand: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with flexible scheduling based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app, and active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts. Regular attendance involves working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum of four hours), with a transition to at least once every 5 months starting December 2024 to prevent termination.

This role requires your ability to adapt and work efficiently during peak times, with training provided to ensure you're prepared. The myTime app allows you to select shifts that suit your availability.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Handle transactions, including returns, and support store operations such as cash management and merchandise handling.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to safety policies.
• Support various guest services like order pickup, Drive Up, and Registry.
• Other duties as needed based on store requirements.
