About On Demand Roles

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule based on store needs and shift availability. You will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app, and active engagement is required to maintain employment.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Deliver exceptional guest service, greeting and assisting guests authentically.
• Understand and promote store products, services, and loyalty programs.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently, including returns and support in cash office operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety policies.
• Support various store functions, including order pickup, drive-up, and gift registry.
