About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on store needs and shift availability. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule. You will create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (or 5 months starting December 2024) to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with guests.
• Operate tools, products, and services to resolve guest issues and enhance their experience.
• Handle transactions accurately, including scanning and bagging items, and support order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, support cash operations, and adhere to safety policies.

Preferred Skills and Qualities

• Energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about guest service.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Physical ability to lift up to 44 pounds and perform varied tasks in different environments.
