About On Demand

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with a flexible schedule that varies based on store needs and shift availability. This role allows you to create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime mobile app. Regular engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4-6 months, is required to maintain employment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent guest service by greeting, assisting, and thanking guests
• Assist guests with product knowledge, checkout, returns, and store services
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support store operations, including order pickup, drive-up, and cash handling
• Follow safety policies and promote a safe environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong communication and guest interaction skills
• Ability to multitask and remain positive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods

Additional Information

Training will be provided. You must have reliable access to the myTime app, respond to contact attempts, and work at least one shift every 4-6 months to stay active. Reasonable accommodations are available upon request.
